Failing grout is cut out and replaced, chips filled, cracked tiles repaired or replaced.

Mask and spray
Everything around the tile is protected, then a bonding agent and several coats of high-gloss topcoat are sprayed over tile and grout.

Can you really change the color of tile without removing it?
Yes. Tile reglazing applies a new colored finish over the existing tile and grout. The tile texture and pattern remain; the color is whatever you choose. White, biscuit and light gray are the most popular choices in Lake Forest.
What happens to the grout lines?
