How long we keep it

Quote requests that do not become jobs are kept for up to 12 months. Records for completed work are kept for the life of the warranty plus any period required by California law for business and tax records.

California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to know, delete and opt out of sale. We do not sell personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of, but we will honor any request to know or delete.

Children

Our services and website are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Security

Our website is served over HTTPS and our forms are protected against automated abuse. No method of transmission is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect the limited information we hold.
