Every unit we reglaze is covered by a written 2-year warranty against peeling, blistering and loss of adhesion. The one exception is kitchen sinks, which carry a 6-month warranty.

Can you turn a unit around between tenants?
Yes. A tub, surround and sink are refinished in one visit and ready to use in 24 to 48 hours, which fits inside a normal turnover window.
Do you offer pricing for multiple units?
Yes. For portfolios and apartment communities we keep pricing consistent across units and can schedule several in a day. Send us the property details for a schedule of rates.
Can you work with a lockbox or on-site manager?
Yes. Most of our property work is done with lockbox access or a leasing office key. We photograph the before and after for your records.
Do you invoice?
Yes. We invoice per unit or per property, with the fixtures and dates listed, and we can match your purchase-order process.
Does the warranty apply to rental units?
Yes. The same written 2-year warranty applies (6 months on kitchen sinks), and it stays with the unit for the original owner.
